After Oruro and the carnival we were in desperat need of a shower and a break from water balloons and foam, we escaped to La Paz. Unfortunately the carnival was still going strong in La Paz, it was even worse than in Sucre and after running away from several kids screaming "GRINGOOOO", we decided to hide in the hostel for two days.

After two days of hiding we had to do something els and we had a week in the Bolivan Jungel - which would get a longer update later.
La Paz ended up being our base between our different tours. We did Oruro - La Paz - Rurrenabaque - La Paz - Huayna Potosi - La Paz - La Senda Verde - La Paz - Copacabana.

We never did that much in La Paz..
- we walked to a mirador to check out the view

- and had a delicious dinner at Punto Delicatessen

Where to stay:
Three out of four times in La Paz we stayed at Wild Rover, which is a crazy party hostel and lots of fun. Not good if you need to sleep.
How to get there:
From La Paz there is buses to everywhere, and from everywhere there is buses to La Paz. :)
