Punta del Diablo, just what we needed. A lovely, little beachtown who used to be a fishermans village.
We went to the beach, relaxed, met a lot of cool backpackers, drank too much red wine and ate empanadas with shrimp and fish.

Our hostel got fullybooked and ofcourse we hadn't prebooked, and we didn't want to leave Punta del Diablo. So we moved into an appartment with our new friends.

Where to stay:
El Diablo Tranquilo. Cool hostel, good atmosphere. A bit overpriced in high season, think we paid around 40 US dollar a night.
How to get there:
From Punta del Este: 5 hour bus or 250 Uruguayen pesos (75nok).
